As Regional Sales Manager for Century 21 Judge Fite Company's Denton office, Lindsey Grissette is passionate about helping agents build thriving businesses and rewarding careers. Her focus is simple: recruit great people, develop talent, and create a culture where agents have the tools, support, and leadership they need to succeed.

Before entering real estate, Lindsey spent 15 years as a 911 dispatcher in Southern California, developing the calm leadership, problem solving skills, and people first mindset that continue to shape her approach today.

Since relocating to North Texas in 2019, Lindsey has become known for her ability to coach, mentor, and connect with agents at every stage of their careers. Her leadership journey—from agent mentor and office leader to Regional Sales Manager—has been driven by a genuine passion for helping others reach their full potential.

Known for her approachable style, honest communication, and unwavering support, Lindsey is committed to helping agents grow professionally, achieve their goals, and create businesses they love. She believes that when agents succeed, families, communities, and entire organizations thrive.

Outside the office, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and children and remains actively involved through the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation, continuing her lifelong commitment to service and community.
